NewEgg is Retarded

I haven't ordered from NewEgg for a very long time.

But out of the two orders I placed this year, both resulted in an item that was obviously broken before they shipped it, already having been returned, I suspect. And in both cases, when I returned the item for replacement, they responded by robomatically sending me a refund instead, apparently because they were out of stock. This means I twice ordered the last item on the shelf, and some kinda robot sent it to me without caring it was broken.

By failing to adhere to the principle of not sending me broken junk in every order, NewEgg is wasting everybody's time and sending me the personal message that they hate me. I'm pretty sure they aren't earning any money by this, so how's it good for business?
